If you asked your team the mission of your company, would each person have a similar answer? Or would their answers be all over the place? As a serial entrepreneur, Jeff knows that if you want to get your team moving in the same direction, it takes a well-defined culture — one that is put into practice daily. If your team doesn’t know who you are, why you’re there, where you’re going, and what you stand for, you could be setting your company up for failure…
In this Powerful at Work Radio podcast episode, Jeff also talks about the future of remote work and why leaders should be open minded when considering this as an option for their team. He urges leaders to be cautious about jumping to conclusions before researching the facts.
