As my company grows, I become more and more aware how burnout can impact my team. While we do our best to manage workflow, there are times when it’s all hands on deck and everyone pitches in to get the job done over a short period of time.
Since COVID hit, many businesses are working short staffed everyday, especially companies in the healthcare sector. Over time, it can have a profound impact on mental health.
